My EviSMS
To see the certified emails sent by an issuer, you have to select "Evidence | My EviSMS".
List of fields in EviSMS
When accessing My EviSMS, you will see a default display of the active EviSMS associated with your organization.
In this new screen, we can find a header with different tools:
On the left side, the title displays the type of elements currently shown in the table. This title is dynamic and will adjust according to the selected filter, mirroring the changes in the table's content.
On the right, we find the following elements:
A search bar that allows for specific searches;
A filter button
that offers us the option to select the characteristics of the EviMail that we wish to display in the table;
You can choose between the rol Owner/Organization and differents tabs:
Draft: A copy of the message has been saved, but it has not been sent yet.
Actives: The process is still active
Sent: The message has been sent, but delivery has not yet been confirmed.
Delivered: The message has been successfully delivered to the recipient.
Undelivered: The message could not be delivered to the recipient.
Closed: The email has been processed and delivered, and the delivery has been successfully completed.
A button to generate report
: It allows to request reports in excel or CSV format, with the data of the processed messages.
Timely: Generates a report, using the filters entered.
Schedule: Allows you to schedule a report using the filtrer entered.
Finally, a button to refresh
: Allows to reload the list (and thus avoid reloading the page).
The fields that appear are listed below:
Submission: Name of the person or company, telephone number and legal identification of the EviSms.
Events: Graphic display of the EviSms status. The status are the following ones:
Dispatched
Delivered to the operator
Delivered to the mobile terminal
Creation: The date on which the EviSms was registered in the system.
Status: It indicates the status of the message accompanied by the last date and time in which an event occurred:
Draft: A copy of the message has been saved, but it has not been registered in the system yet.
New: The message has been registered in the system and it will be processed and validated.
Processed: The message has been internally processed and validated. It will subsequently be sent.
Failed: SMS processing has failed.
Closed: The message has been processed and delivered, and the delivery has been successfully completed.
Selecting an EviSMS to see its content
To view the contents of an EviSMS, just click on the points menu situated on the left side of the row and choose ‘Details’.
You also have access to quick actions like 'Reuse' or 'Open in a new tab'.
Within the details you can find History of events, the content, advanced details and the generated certificates.
History of events
This section provides a chronological overview of events that have occurred since the email was registered in the system. The messages that appear are listed below:
Message admission.
Initial processing of the message.
Message ready to be sent.
Transmitted to the message center.
Message transmission (successfully sent).
Attempt to send the message.
Confirmation of message delivery.
End of the tracking of status.
Message archived.
Message files migrated.
Content
In this section, the body of the message appears on the one hand, and on the other, the following action buttons:
Body of the message: The message content text is shown.
Action buttons:
Content of the message: It allows to download the original content sent in the notification.
All affidavits (zip): It allows to download all Affidavits of the notification in a zip file.
Download all (zip): It allows to download all Affidavits and content of a notification in a zip file.
Print cntent: The entire content of the message will be printed.
Reuse: It takes you to the "New SMS" screen where all the options and content are filled in with the same values as the original email. Evicertia considers this message as new and starts the process again.
Edit (if Draft): Allows you to continue editing the message until you are ready to send it.
Details
Universal Locator: Information about the unique message identifier in Evicertia.
Type of evidence: It indicates what type of evidence the message is, if it is an EviSMS, or an EviSMS with web opening.
Status: It shows the status of the EviSms.
Outcome: It shows the result of the EviSMS.
Sender’s address: Name of message’s sender.
Sender's name or company name: Legal identification of message’s sender.
Recipient/s: Name of the person or company, telephone number and legal identification of the recipient.
Source channel: Origin or platform through which the message or request was sent
Date of creation: Message registration date in Evicertia.
Sending date: Date on which notification was send.
End of tracking in: Date on which notifications or answers will stop being generated and their archiving will follow.
End of online custody: Date that the document is no longer stored in the online custody system.
Online custody years: Time in years of online custody.
Certification level: Certification with which the sending is made.
Profile of Affidavits: It indicates how and when the Affidavits of the evidence were generated.
Signature of acknowledgement of receipt: Confirms that the recipient has signed to acknowledge receipt of the document.
Requires captcha: If the use of captcha is required in the acceptance/rejection.
Custody Access Control: Method chosen to access the details of the message.
Language: Language of notifications of the message.
Appearance: Add header and/or prefixes to the subject highlighting that the communication is certified.
Total size with annexes: Total size of the message with attachments.
Content Size: Total size of content.
Content Hash: Cryptographic summary of sending.
Certificates
All the certifications that have been generated since the message was entered in the system until the time of the query are displayed. For each of these certifications a PDF document is generated (signed, sealed and optionally, deposited with a notary). By clicking on the icon you can view the affidavit or download it.
