To see the certified messages sent by an issuer, you have to select "Evidence | My EviPosts".

List of fields in EviPost

All EviPost are loaded in the middle of the screen (including drafts).

The fields that appear are listed below:

Status: It indicates the status of the EviPost:
- Draft: The message has not been sent yet, but it is stored on the server, thereby enabling its subsequent modification and/or delivery.
- Admission: It has been admitted for processing.
- Processed: The message has been locally processed.
- Dispatched: The messaging service serving the recipient has accepted the message and will then try to send it to the final recipient.
- Sent: The message has been sent to the server or the operator that manages the mailbox or device of recipient: from now on the system will manage the process of reception.
- Delivered: The message has been delivered to the recipient and to the communication operator, but the content has not been opened/read yet.
- Closed: End of the tracking of status, for which reason no more notifications or answers are expected and the notarial deposit will follow.
Outcome: Outcome during the EviPost process:
- None: Awaiting.
- Delivered: The postal operator has delivered it to the user.
- Rejected: The user has rejected the notification.
- Expired: Life time of the EviPost has expired.
- Failed: The postal operator has rejected the sending.
Recipient: Name and postal address of the person or company that receives the EviPost.
Occurrences: Graphic display of the EviPost status.
- The sending request has been dispatched.
- Dispatched by the postal operator.
- Delivered to the recipient.
Last update: It corresponds to the last date and time in which an event occurred.
Creation: The date on which the EviPost was registered in the system.

Selecting an EviPost to see its content

To view the content of an EviPost, simply select one of them.

The information that appears in the message is as follows:

Content: In this section, the body of the message appears on the one hand, and on the other, the following action buttons:
- Action buttons: With each message in detail, you can choose from the following actions:
  - Open in a new window: Open the CAM URL (unique internet address where you can view the notification) in a new window.
  - Reuse: It takes you to the "New EviPost" screen where all the options and content are filled in with the same values as the original email.
  - Event History: A new modal window appears showing a history of what happened since the EviPost was registered in the system. The messages that appear are listed below:
    - The EviPost has been admitted by the system for processing.
    - The EviPost has been processed by the system and its content has been certified, if applicable.
    - It has been confirmed that the communication system is preparing the sending.
    - The EviPost has been sent to the graphic arts supplier/postal operator
    - The postal operator was unable to deliver.
    - The recipient has received the acknowledgment of receipt.
    - The postal operator has not been able to complete the delivery of the postal communication and has communicated the result.
    - The message has been rejected by the recipient.
    - The postal operator has delivered it to the recipient.
    - The EviPost has been rejected by one of the recipients.
    - The document has been printed by the graphic arts provider.
    - The document has been enveloped by the intermediary.
    - The document has been sent to the postal operator.
    - EviPost has been closed and no further processing will be done.
  - Download: It allows to download the original content sent in the notification and affidavits. If we apply a SHA-256 feature to this content, we can obtain the cryptographic summary included in the affidavit.
    - Content of the message: It allows to download the original content sent in the notification.
    - Last affidavit: It allows to download the last affidavit.
    - All affidavits (zip): It allows to download all affidavits of the notification in a zip file.
    - Download all (zip): It allows to download all affidavits and content of a notification in a zip file.
  - Print: If pressed, the whole content of the message is printed.

Affidavits: A certification history is shown, which Evicertia has been doing on behalf of the issuer, from the moment the EviPost entered into the system until the operation was closed. For each of these certifications a PDF document is generated (signed, sealed and deposited with a notary) that is made available to the issuer by pressing the link <download>. - Universal Locator: Information about the unique message identifier in Evicertia.
- Type of evidence: Type of evidence:
- Name of the recipient: It indicates the name of the recipient.
- Recipient‘s organization: It indicates the recipient‘s organization.
- Recipient’s mailing address: It indicates the recipient’s mailing address.
- Recipient‘s phone number: It indicates the recipient‘s phone number.
- Recipient‘s email: It indicates the recipient‘s email.
- Name of the issuer: It indicates the name of the recipient.
- Organization or company name: It indicates the recipient‘s organization name.
- Issuer‘s mailing address: It indicates the issuer’s mailing address.
- Issuer‘s phone number: It indicates the issuer‘s phone number.
- Issuer‘s email: It indicates the issuer‘s email.
- Issuer‘s comments: It indicates the issuer‘s comments.
- Status: It shows the status of the EviPost.
- Admission Date: It indicates the date when the message was certified.
- Processing date: It indicates the date when the message was processed.
- Submission Date: It indicates the date when the message was sent.
- Delivery/rejection date: It indicates the date when the message was delivered or rejected.
- Closing date: It indicates the date when the message was closed
- Outcome: It shows the outcome of the EviPost.
- Years of online custody: It indicates the time in years of online custody.
- Years of notarial deposit: It indicates the time in years of notarial custody.
- Notary: It shows the profile of Notary.
- Type of service: It shows if it is a non-certified letter, without content certification, etc.
- Level of certification: It indicates the certification with which the sending is made.
- Custody Access Control: Method used to access control to the message.
- Language: Language of notifications of the message.
- Total size with annexes: Total size of the message with attachments.
- Content Size: Total size of content.
- Content Hash: Cryptographic summary of sending.
- Cost Centre: Cost Centre value.

To exit any modal window, press the cross (x) on the top right of the page.

Other actions

Other actions can be carried out on the list of EviPosts, including those shown below

Sorting: As in any other email or webmail software, Evicertia allows to sort messages by any of the fields in the list. To start sorting them, you have to click on the name of the desired field.
Search: It is allowed to select messages in which some of the fields of recipient, the text entered in this field appears.
Advanced: By clicking on this button, a modal window appears that allows to select the fields and set values to run the filter. More information can be found on the following link: search filters.
Reports: it allows to request reports in excel or CSV format, with the data of the processed messages.
Refresh: On the top right of the page there is a small button that allows to reload the list (and thus avoid reloading the page).
Organization/Owner: Next to the refresh button there is a drop-down displaying several items.
