Help to enable geopositioning

Enabling geopositioning depends on your browser. Please find your browser in the table below and follow the corresponding instructions:

Safari (MAC OS)

Chrome (Windows, MacOS, Linux)

  1. Open Safari and go to the "Safari" menu in the top menu bar.

  2. Select "Preferences".

  3. Click on the "Privacy" tab.

  4. Under "Location Services", make sure the "Allow websites to request access to my location" box is checked.

  5. If you visit a website that requires your location, a permission request will appear. Be sure to allow access.

  1. Open Chrome and click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner to open the menu.

  2. Select "Settings".

  3. Scroll down and click on "Privacy and security".

  4. Click on 'Site settings'.

  5. Select 'Location'.

  6. Make sure that "Sites may request location" is checked.

  7. When you visit a website that requires your location, you will be prompted for permission. Be sure to allow access.

Edge (Windows, MacOS)

Opera (Windows, MacOS, Linux)

  1. Open Edge and click on the three horizontal dots in the top right corner to open the menu.

  2. Select "Settings".

  3. In the left panel, select "Cookies and site permissions".

  4. Click on "Location".

  5. Make sure the "Ask before login" option is turned on.

  6. When you visit a website that requires your location, you will be prompted for permission. Be sure to allow access.

  1. Open Opera and click on the Opera logo in the top left corner to open the menu.

  2. Select "Settings".

  3. Click on "Advanced" in the left panel to expand the options.

  4. Scroll down to "Privacy and Security".

  5. Click on 'Site Settings'.

  6. Select "Location".

  7. Make sure "Sites may request location" is checked.

  8. When you visit a website that requires your location, you will be prompted for permission. Be sure to allow access.
