Outcome of Certified Delivery Services (EviMail, EviSms, EviNotice)

  • None: A final result for the process has not occurred yet.

  • Certified: The message has been admitted and its content has been certified but it has not been delivered.

  • Sent: The message has been sent to the recipient of the communication (but no further events or notifications have been received).

  • Delivered: The message has been delivered to the recipient's mailbox (because the destination server has sent us an automated confirmation or any other technical event that allows us to infer it).

  • Read: The message has been read/opened by the recipient, and it is thus being certified in the system.

  • Accepted: The message and its content have been explicitly accepted by the recipient.

  • Rejected: The message and its content have been explicitly rejected by the recipient.

  • Failed: An error has occurred that makes it impossible to send the message.

  • Cancelled: The issuer has cancelled the sending before the receiver could access it.

Outcome of Signature Services (EviSign):

  • None: A final result for the process has not occurred yet.

  • Signed: The document has been accepted and signed.

  • Rejected: The document has been rejected. Contact the document‘s issuer if you want to request a new version.

  • Expired: The time limit to sign the document has been exceeded.

  • Failed: An error has occurred that hinders the normal processing of the document.

  • Cancelled: The issuer has cancelled the signature process and the document cannot be signed.
