User activity

Evicertia saves a list of the latest actions performed by the user on the platform, regardless of whether they are actions performed on the Web, Api or Smtp.

This feature provides added security to the user account, by determining the actions that have been carried out from the account.

The list of actions performed by the user can be viewed on the user profile page, using the User activity link. 

General

In the overview of user activity, all actions performed will be shown, where each row corresponds to an action performed, ordered by date.

Table fields

• Date: Date when the action was performed.
• Channel: Channel from which the action was performed(WebSite/Api/Smtp).
• Operation: The operation that has been performed.
• Source IP: The IP from which the action was performed.
• Session: Session hash from which the action was performed.
• Agent: Web browser user agent.

LogOn: The user has successfully logged in to the platform.


LogOff: The user has logged off the platform.


Authentication failure: A failed authentication attempt has occurred.


Sending of EviSign: An EviSign has been sent.


Signature/rejection EviSign: An EviSign has been signed/rejected.


EviSign Query: A query of an EviSign in the Api has been made.


Jointly signature/rejection EviSign: An EviSign has been jointly signed/rejected .


Sending of EviNotice: An EviNotice has been sent.


Acceptance/rejection EviNotice: An EviNotice has been signed/rejected.


EviNotice Query: A query of an EviNotice in the Api has been made.


Reading of EviNotice: An EviNotice has been read.


Sending of EviMail: An EviMail has been sent.


Acceptance/rejection EviMail: An EviMail has been signed/rejected.


EviMail Query: A query of an EviMail in the Api has been made.
