Certifications levels

A certification level defines the degree of legal and technical assurance applied to certified communications issued through the our platform.

These levels ensure the legal validity, process traceability, and regulatory compliance in each country or region where we operate.

What is a Certification Level Used For?

Certification levels allow you to:

Identify the legal framework under which an affidavit or certified communication was issued.
Adapt to local regulations, making compliance easier.
Avoid legal ambiguity by clearly stating the type of certification and its jurisdiction.
Provide legal certainty to both senders and recipients.

What Has Changed?

Previously, there were three generic certification levels:

Advanced
QERDS

Now, these levels are segmented by country or region to better reflect the legal context:

Standard A certification level based on a simple electronic signature, is applied to the affidavits containing the evidence of the process. This signature makes it possible to identify who signed the document and guarantees that its content has not been modified. This level of certification may not include a time stamp that records the exact date and time of the signature, and is a suitable option for procedures where the legal risk is low and strict security measures are not required. Advanced A certification level based on advanced electronic signature is applied, applied to the affidavits containing the evidence of the process. This signature guarantees the identity of the signatory, the integrity of the document and records the moment of signature by means of a time stamp. The level of certification used provides solid guarantees of authenticity and is suitable for valid evidence in case of legal disputes.	Advanced:CO	Colombia	According to Colombia regulations

QERDS A certification level based on Qualified Electronic Certified Delivery Services (QERDS) is applied. The identity of the sender and recipient is guaranteed, the integrity of the process is guaranteed, and affidavits with qualified signature and time stamp are generated.	QERDS:ES	European Union – Certified by Spanish authority	In accordance with European regulations (eIDAS) and the requirements of the Spanish CAB. As a qualified provider (QTSP) in Spain, the highest level of security and legal validity is ensured.
	QERDS:IT	European Union – Certified by Italian authority	In compliance with European regulations (eIDAS) and Italian CAB requirements. As a qualified supplier (QTSP) in Italy, the highest level of security and legal validity is ensured.

In the case of QERDS an identification profile must be chosen, these profiles are segmented by region. And they must be indicated when sending a notification of these characteristics. Below is a table with the profiles that correspond to each type of QERDS

QERDS:ES	Uanataca::VideoId::Email	The Recipient will be identified in an unassigned video conference process and with subsequent operator approval. This profile must be selected if sending an EviNotice to an email address.
	Uanataca::VideoId::Mobile	The Recipient will be identified in a video conferencing process with subsequent operator approval. This profile must be selected if you are sending an EviNotice to a phone number via SMS.
	Bit4Id::SPIDOnly::Email	Recipient will be identified through the Italian digital identification system. This profile must be selected if you are sending an EviNotice to an email address.
	Bit4Id::SPIDOnly::Mobile	The Recipient will be identified through the Italian digital identification system. This profile should be selected if you are sending an EviNotice to a phone number via SMS.
QERDS:IT	Namirial::CIEAndSPID::Email	The recipient will be identified remotely by means of the Italian electronic identification means SPID/CIE (Public Digital Identity System/Electronic Identity Card) provided by Namirial S.p.A.
	Namirial::CIEAndSPID::Mobile	The recipient will be identified remotely by means of the Italian electronic identification means SPID/CIE (Public Digital Identity System/Electronic Identity Card) provided by Namirial S.p.A.
	Namirial::VideoId::Mobile	The recipient user will be remotely identified, validated and automatically approved through an identity verification process via Namirial Onboarding's video-identification service.
	Namirial::VideoId::Email	The recipient user will be remotely identified, validated and automatically approved through an identity verification process via Namirial Onboarding's video-identification service.
