Open "My app" section

  2. click Save

  2. click Edit on ribbon bar
  3. click + button
  4. select Link
  5. fill Address field with eSignAnyWhere link previusly copied
  6. fill Display nme field with "eSignAnyWhere" text
  7. click ok
  8. click save
