Outcome of Certified Delivery Services (EviMail, EviSms, EviNotice)
- None: A final result for the process has not occurred yet.
- Certified: The message has been admitted and its content has been certified but it has not been delivered.
- Sent: The message has been sent to the recipient of the communication (but no further events or notifications have been received).
- Delivered: The message has been delivered to the recipient's mailbox (because the destination server has sent us an automated confirmation or any other technical event that allows us to infer it).
- Read: The message has been read/opened by the recipient, and it is thus being certified in the system.
- Accepted: The message and its content have been explicitly accepted by the recipient.
- Rejected: The message and its content have been explicitly rejected by the recipient.
- Failed: An error has occurred that makes it impossible to send the message.
- Cancelled: The issuer has cancelled the sending before the receiver could access it.

- None: A final result for the process has not occurred yet.
- Signed: The document has been accepted and signed.
- Rejected: The document has been rejected. Contact the document‘s issuer if you want to request a new version.
- Expired: The time limit to sign the document has been exceeded.
- Failed: An error has occurred that hinders the normal processing of the document.
- Cancelled: The issuer has cancelled the signature process and the document cannot be signed.
