User Configuration - Admin Guide - Connector for Dynamics

Following guide provides a thorough walk-through on Dynamics user role configuration to allow users to use eSignAnyWhere connector. This is a Dynamics procedure, so it can vary.

Open Environment settings in Power Platform Admin

Go to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com and follow steps below

  1. Click on “Environments“

  2. Click on “…“ of the environment that you want to configure

  3. Click on “Settings“

  1. Click on “Users + permissions“

  2. Click on “Users“

  1. Click on “…“ of the user that you want to configure

  2. Click on “Manage security role“

Configure the User

First of all, be sure that the user has a proper role that allows to see the Dynamics module configured with the connector

  1. Click on “eSignAnyWhere Admin“ or “eSignAnyWhere User“ role (*)

  2. Click on “Save”

(*): “eSignAnyWhere Admin“ role provides full access to all connector’s functionalities. “eSignAnyWhere User“ role has limited functionalities on:

  • Solution settings change

  • Data mapping change
