Automatic update functionality allows to align Envelopes stored into Dynamics instance according to Envelopes that were generated into eSignAnyWhere. It is implemented using Dynamics Workflow Processes.

Following guide provides a thorough walk-through on automatic envelopes Envelopes update configuration within Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is an optional procedure, standard configuration updates each envelope Envelope every 24h after envelope Envelope creation.Automatic update functionality allows to align Envelopes stored into Dynamics instance according to Envelopes that were generated into eSignAnyWhere. Open Advanced Settings option

click the gear Icon click Advanced Settings

Open Solutions list

Depending on your Dynamics instance, the procedure to access the "Solutions list" may vary. Here is the standard procedure:

If you are using a newer version of Dynamics, you may need to follow a different procedure to access the "Classic Solutions interface":
