Checking the setup
Once the plugin has been set up, check that it is properly set up and that it is activated when Outlook starts.
- Outlook 2007: Go to Tools | Trust Centre | Add-ins, and check Active application add-ins.
- Outlook 2010: Go to File | Options | Add-ins, and check Active application add-ins.
Setting up the plugin

Sending certified emails or notifications with Outlook
Elements are as follows:
- 1. Business name data
- 2. Options of the message:
- Options that allow to configure the validity, and if we want an EviMail or an EviMail with secure opening/reading on the web.
- 3. Receiving email, and message
- Recipient email.
- Message
- Attachments
- Sending, the message is sent certified through the platform.
- 4. Select the button “Certify email” and submit.
Notes:
- The plugin restricts each sending to 25 email addresses.
- Only what is included in "To“ is certified, what is included in CC or CCO is not certified.
